Suggested route:

• Come down the A3 heading South  (probably from the A325 and on to the A3 if you come from Farnham, Bordon, Liphook.)
• Travel to the A272 Petersfield/Midhurst off-ramp .
• Follow the road a short way along, and turn around the first roundabout to travel back up the A3 as if you were going to re-trace your journey.
• A short way up the A3, now going North, you will see a small white sign with black writing Steep Marsh. Take that left turn.
• Travel along the lane for about a 1/5 mile to a 'T' junction and  turn right following the signs for The Brickyard Light Industrial Estate. Turn left into the estate and look for Unit C1/C2

Your Sat Nav will probably want to take you down many narrow B roads, so if you follow the above you'll find it easier.
