When you go to the check-out with this purchase, it will be taken as the booking for collection and return of your repair item.

Conditions for collection and re-delivery:

1. Each package must weigh less than 30Kg. and each is charged at £18.00 for collection from and return to you.
2. Write a note of the faults to send along with the item/s. (This saves you money since it saves time having to test everything if no fault report is given)
3. Package the item/s safely and securely ready for collection. (we do not accept responsibility for damage if packaging is inadequate)
4. Purchase the collection and return item on the web site. (The address you enter will be taken as both the collection and return address).
5. Once booked the courier should be there within the next 48 hours. (If the courier comes but no one is there, or parcels are not ready when they do arrive, or your address has been entered incorrectly, you will have to purchase another booking. It is better to use a business or work address if you can)
